
Wtf? This gets me so mad
Having serious snack cravings? All out of sweet potatoes? Try making carrot fries! Omg they are so good and easy. I rly wanted a snack, and I was about to make sweet potato fries but I realized i was out!! So I tried substituting SP’s with organic carrots!
All you need to do is take about 5 carrots, or however many you want, and chop them into fries. I do mine a little smaller than the size of my pinky finger. Then put in bowl and coat w/ a little olive oil and any spices you want. (I used chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin) Then bake for about 20-30 minutes on like 420 degrees F, or until they start getting crispy and browned.
If you dont want them crunchy/raw just cook them a little bit longer until they are the right texture. Keep an eye out and dont let them burn!! Nothing worse than a pan of wasted fries.

Has anyone here read the Fountainhead? The speech at the beginning reminds me of something Ellsworth Toohey would say. Is it possible to not like something and not be called a hater who is only jealous and trying to bring bodyrock down? If people criticize the site they could be trying to improve it. And you seriously block me from commenting on this site? Pretty comical, i started bodyrocking around 3 years ago and the site is going so far down hill so fast its not even funny. The amount of censorship is sickening, so go ahead and block me again and delete this comment. I hope you do. Just know that you have failed me and countless others who grew so much with Zuzana and Bodyrock. Everything is so fake and overly “motivational” without actually motivating. Deleted all of the Bodyrock affiliated facebook sites and never coming back. This site is so disorganized, overly commercialized and cluttered. You never answer legitamite health or fitness questions like you used to and you NEVER reply to anyone on this site. I wonder why all the original bodyrockers are gone. No, you probably just blocked them all. I hope the money you make off these poor ignorant people makes you happy, I have better things to do with my life then scam ppl. that is all, goodbye. Just know that I used to love this site tremendously, and its a big disappointment to see what has become of it. Officially a Zwarrior.
ahhh so ive been feeling fat lately :( but I decided to stop getting angry and just stop eating food i didnt want!!! Im going to try that. I used to be rly good at listening to my body to see if I was hungry or not. After my break up it all went out the window, I still ate healthy food but semi-binged a lot.
BUT ANYWAY lol todays workout was so nice, I was dripping sweat. (when i use the word nice dont mistake it for easy, it was a brutal workout)
I started with 4 minutes of Tabata sprints outside because it was so nice out!!! 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds sprints, 8 times for total of 4 minutes. It felt rly good to run as fast as I could, i dont think ive done that since the summer before i broke my foot!!!!
After I did Bodyrock an oldie from when Zuzana was still there :’( (she has new workouts at zuzkalight youtube channel!) 6 pack and Love handles routine.

150 jump rope high knees
I rly went hard on the jump roping and felt it in my lungs lol!
